page layouts so far-more to follow

These are the layouts of the images, there will be minimal amounts of text making comments on design as an ecosysytem, also subversive messages about aspects of the environment that are pressing issues. I deliberately kept the colours basic and stark in keeping with the kind of style i want the book to take on.

APOLOGIES FOR THE DODGY SIZE ISSUES-NO IDEA WHY THATS HAPPENED??

possible packaging options?

i really like the stylish simplicity of the way this book is packaged and want to emulate it for my own book. I think having a 'case' aswell as a nice sleeve would add a better dimension to it.

chapter

scaling my research i have found what my chapters will be

-Biological (what makes up a designer-witty take on a designers biology)
-Individual (different types of people-fashion,product etc-different design disciplines)
-Sociocultural (interaction of social and cultural elements-how designers interact, where etc)
-environmental (highlight the urban environment waste etc)

These images will use restrictons on paper and ink as suggested by teresa-this is inkeeping with my original plight for the environment but at the same time emphasises a continuous narrative and illustrative interest. The actual images will be very simplistic but effective. Each chapter will be slightly tongue in cheek-witty with its comments with a more seious undertone about our depleting environment-resources etc thus using the images, research i have produced and collated already.
